Beachwalk Villa is a Non-Smoking House

Smoking is only permitted outside on patio areas and garden.

Deposits

A non refundable deposit of £150.00 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival at Beachwalk.

Rental Rates

Our beachwalk villa is available for weekly rental.

Weekly rental is available from *£500.00 per week and includes all electricity, water and air conditioning.

Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are supplied.

Refunds

In the event of cancellation the following charges will be made: With more than 30 days notice 50% will be refundable:

between 7 and 29 days notice 25% will be refundable:

with less than 7 days notice of a cancellation no refund will be given.
